True county terroir shines through in this vintage of concrete-aged Chardonnay. 10 months of aging in a 5-ton concrete cube gives a linear and authentic expression. The chalky, mineral-driven nose of stone fruit, slate, and beeswax balance nicely with a luscious palate reminiscent of lemon curd.
